GTS’ commitment to follow-up and follow-through on every shipment begins when you place your service order.  Within two hours, we send you a pre-alert confirmation package that indicates your shipments travel plans from start to finish.  Once in route, you will automatically receive electronic confirmation of pickup, loading, and delivery; and should any of the shipping details change, we will automatically send you a revised alert.  Further separating GTS from its competition is our policy to notify you personally if we anticipate or become aware of any major challenges, and present solutions for addressing the issue.  In other words, our commitment to superior communication ensures that you will never learn about a delivery challenge from your customer or customer's customer.
