ITAR & BIS Compliance
GTS Group’s dedicated Compliance Officer oversees ITAR & BIS compliance, as well as compliance for other regulatory requirements pertaining to the Government and NGOs. Along with the support and oversight of GTS Management, our Compliance Officer maintains GTS’ Internal Compliance Training Program. All GTS staff participate in quarterly refresher trainings to maintain compliance with ITAR & BIS regulations.GTS is committed to compliance and our Nation’s interests. We adhere compliance with the following agencies and regulations:
- ITAR and BIS
- DSP-94s, DSP-73s, DSP-5s, and others
- C-TPAT member since 2003
- Monthly Maritime Administration (MARAD) reporting on behalf of all customers at the contract level
- DFARS 252.201-7012 Safeguarding Covered Defense Information and Cyber Incident Reporting with an Internal System Security Plan (SSP) in place
- GTS maintains an ITAR & BIS reporting compliance rate of 100%.
